  • How do I sign up for a membership?

    We'd love to have you as a member! You can directly sign up for our Membership online! JOIN MEMBERSHIP What happens to my credit if I can’t make it in for a FreshGLO facial one month? We understand that life gets busy. Your credit will automatically roll over to the next month. Come in and experience your monthly FreshGLO when your schedule permits. You can also share your credits or gift them to family and friends. Your first credit gift is on us! After that, it’s $30 per credit share. Please note, your Membership credits are not interchangeable for cash value, gift cards, or other services. Your credits expire within 30 days after you are no longer an active Member. You can use your expired credits with a $30 expired credit fee (per credit) or rejoin Membership when you're ready to reactivate all expired credits.

  • What does the membership include?

    Your Membership includes a FreshGLO facial every month. This specialty curated facial has no upcharges and can include treatments such as microdermabrasion, peels, and light therapy (just to name a few).   • How long is the Membership?

    To get the best out of your skin, you need to commit to your skin. This commitment delivers results. The monthly Membership is a one year commitment. After the first year you can cancel your Membership at any time with a 30 day notice. If you are moving out of the area and there is no GLO3O in the 45 mile radius we will cancel your Membership without an early termination fee. We will require proof of move such as relocation address, gas or electric bill. Memberships can be canceled directly online.

  • How do I cancel my membership?

    Though we are sad to see you go, Memberships can be canceled directly online under your Member account.

  • When is the monthly Membership charged?

    Memberships are charged the day you sign up and then the first day of each month. So if you signed up on April 14th, your next charge would be May 1, June 1, July 1, and so on. Please note your Membership is charged on the credit card you used to initiate your Membership.

  • Can I gift or try a short term Membership?

    Our Mini Membership was created to gift or for those who are looking to try the Membership prior to a monthly or annual option purchase. The Mini Membership gives you 3 FreshGLO facials that can be used upto 1 year. Though most individuals use these treatments up within 3-4 months. You may continue to repurchase the Mini Membership multiple times throughout the year.

  • Can I pay for a Membership with a gift card?

    Gift card value can be put towards paying for an annual Membership or The Mini Membership. Gift cards cannot be used to pay for monthly recurring Membership dues, we need an approved credit card for this.

  • Do Gift Cards Expire?

    Yes, gift cards expire in 2 years. If you have an expired gift card please contact us at and we will do our best to help.
