We’re working to make booking, memberships and every visit easy for people of all abilities, online and in our studios. Here’s what we’ve done so far, what we’re still working on, and how to reach us if something gets in your way.
What we’re aiming for
WCAG 2.2 AA
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA across glo30.com and the GLO30 app. They’re the guidelines most widely used for the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 508. We’re not perfect yet, but we’re making progress every release.
We check new features with automated tools, keyboard-only navigation and screen readers (VoiceOver and NVDA) before they launch, and a full independent review is on our roadmap.
Every page and booking step works without a mouse, with a visible focus outline and a “Skip to main content” link.
Labelled buttons and form fields, descriptive image text, and clear headings on every page.
Buttons and links are at least 44 × 44 pixels, so they’re easier to use with limited dexterity or tremor.
Text meets a 4.5:1 contrast ratio, and pages still work when zoomed to 200%.
Booking holds and sign-in codes warn you before they expire and can be extended.
Animations turn off when your device is set to reduce motion.
Some content comes from partners and may not fully meet our standard yet:
We’re working on these. If they block you, contact us and we’ll help you complete your booking another way.
If anything on our site, in the app or at a studio is hard to use, please tell us. We’ll reply within 2 business days, and we can book appointments for you over the phone.
