Products can only be returned to the studio where they were originally purchased.

• Returns will be processed as store credit or a refund, depending on the product’s condition and usability.
• Products cannot be returned after 30 days from the date of purchase.

Can I Exchange a Product?

• Product exchanges are only allowed within 30 days of purchase and must be done at the original studio where the product was purchased.
• Products purchased during sales, discounts, or special offers cannot be exchanged.

Are Sale or Discounted Products Returnable?

Products purchased during sales, discounts, or special offers are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
